Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable and fully transferable. Send us the new attendee’s name before the day and we will update the door list.
How does the early bird guest offer work?
Buy one Regular or Premium seat before the early bird offer ends on 1 November and bring an additional guest free. Reply to your confirmation email with your guest’s name.
What time does it start and finish?
Doors open at 11am. The programme runs from noon to 3pm, with networking before and after. Individual sessions and additional speakers are still to be announced.
Where is the event?
The event is at Sydney Town Hall in Sydney. Venue information is above.
Who is in the room?

Do I need a technical background?
No. The event is for people running businesses and teams, with practical conversations in plain language.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All ticket prices include GST. Reply to your confirmation email if you need a tax invoice.
