Tickets, guests and existing bookings

For a booking question, include the city, event date and booking email, together with a short explanation of the issue. Use the instructions in your confirmation for guest registration. If an offer includes a guest, supplying the guest's details and receiving registration confirmation are separate steps.

Booked attendees can sign in to our attendee portal with their booking email to see programme information, download tickets and connect with other attendees. If you cannot find a booking or need help with a specific ticket, contact us with those identifying details.

For ticket conditions or a requested change, refer to the current terms and explain the request to our team. The applicable arrangement depends on the booking and event.

Attendance and accessibility

City pages carry the announced venue, programme timing and ticket options. Adelaide and Brisbane, for example, currently list 11am doors and a noon-to-3pm main programme. Other cities have their own programme status.

For an access requirement or a question the city page does not answer, state the event and describe the practical support you need. This lets us discuss the relevant venue and attendance arrangements with you.

Partnerships and communities

For sponsorship or exhibiting, introduce the organisation, preferred city and the type of participation you have in mind. For an organised network, the community partnership page explains the reciprocal model and application process.

Community allocations, recognition, any exhibition space and a named contact are agreed city by city before a partnership is announced. An enquiry starts that conversation.

Speaking, media and awards

For a speaking or media enquiry, explain the proposed subject, relevant experience or coverage, the city and how to contact you. Upcoming speaker line-ups are announced through individual city pages.
