Open Summit AI community partnerships

Bring your people into the room with us. We've designed our community partnership programme for meetups, accelerators, educators, industry bodies and other organised networks whose members want to examine AI in business together.

Our partnership is reciprocal, with no fee in either direction. We'll agree the details with you for your chosen city before we announce the partnership.

A practical exchange

For your community, we can agree a ticket allocation, recognition as a partner and material to share with members. The specific allocation and details are agreed by city.

In return, we ask you to tell your members about the event, attend together and share the record of the day. That gives a group a way to take the event conversation back into its own network.

Before we announce your partnership, we'll confirm your allocation, any exhibition space and a named contact together. Exhibition space is part of that discussion rather than an automatic benefit for every applicant.

Why bring a group

Our one-stage format gives attendees the same core programme. Members can hear the talks together, discuss the examples and continue the conversation through their existing community afterwards.

Our events are for business owners, founders, operators and senior decision-makers, and a technical background is not required. Different community members can bring different questions: an owner may be considering investment, an operations lead a workflow and a founder a new product or customer experience.

For organisers, it can help to identify those interests before choosing a city. A short discussion of the questions members want answered makes it easier to assess the programme as speakers and sessions are announced.

What to include in an application

Introduce the community, the kind of people it brings together and how many usually attend. Identify the preferred city and provide a named person our team can contact. Our application welcomes communities such as meetup or user group, accelerator or start-up hub, university or educator, and industry body or association.

You can use the application to explain how the event fits your members' interests and what participation you have in mind. If exhibition space would be useful, include that in the conversation so its availability can be agreed alongside the allocation.

A clear city preference matters because dates, availability and local arrangements differ. Adelaide and Brisbane have upcoming 2026 dates, while the tour includes Australian and United States events in 2027 and developing cities taking updates.

The 2026 partnership record

Our 2026 partner wall recognises the organisations who joined us across the season: commercial partners, chambers of commerce, ecosystem and community organisations, and media partners. We value each of those different contributions.

Across our 2026 Australian series, we worked with Norg.ai as Title partner, SCX.ai as Platinum sponsor, AgiBot in robotics, Same Day Printing in printing, Fishburners in pitch-night activity and School of Hope as charity partner. Those historical roles are separate from the reciprocal community arrangement and from any future city agreement.

From enquiry to participation

Start with the application or a message to our team. Agree the relevant city, allocation, recognition, any exhibition arrangements and the point of contact. Once those details are confirmed, the community can share the agreed event material and coordinate attendance.

Use the city programme for the timetable and the event's booking instructions for individual attendee arrangements. A community enquiry alone does not register each member or confirm an allocation.
