Understand the time commitment
Our Adelaide and Brisbane doors open at 11am, with the main programme from noon to 3pm. We'll follow the same arrival and programme windows in Melbourne and Sydney in 2027. That means three hours on stage, with time around it for registration and networking.
We also have evening activities planned from 5pm in Adelaide and Brisbane. Check the specific activity and ticket inclusions before extending your plan into the evening. We haven't announced our New York, Chicago or Dallas timetable or runtime yet. We'll share their local schedules as each programme develops.

Compare ticket structures by city
Our Adelaide and Brisbane tickets are Regular at AUD185, Team at AUD175 per person for five or more, Premium at AUD399, Premium Team at AUD350 per person for five or more, and VIP at AUD599. Australian prices include GST.
Our Melbourne and Sydney tickets are Regular and Team at AUD185 per person, Premium and Premium Team at AUD399 per person, and VIP at AUD599. We offer group bookings for five or more, with prices that differ from Adelaide and Brisbane.
We price our New York tickets in US dollars: Regular and Team at USD459 per person, Premium and Premium Team at USD719 per person, and VIP at USD1,429. Chicago and Dallas have waitlists instead of purchasable ticket prices.

Our announced line-ups offer different combinations of expertise. Adelaide includes Anton van den Hengel alongside Toby Walsh, Kate Save, Jack Bear, Hon. Chris Picton MP and Clayton Cross. We're welcoming Dr Khizer Khaderi, Julian Fayad and Jeremy Cabral to our Brisbane programme.
Our New York line-up includes David Hoang, Bill Roberts, Thomas Hughes, Dr Khizer Khaderi, Jack Bear, Clayton Cross and Cat Casey. Our Melbourne line-up includes Lucio Ribeiro and Richard Welch MP alongside our other announced speakers. Our Sydney 2027 line-up includes Frank Greeff and Julian Fayad as well as returning voices from our series.

Prepare and follow through
Come with a business question you want to examine. If colleagues are attending, agree on the questions that matter across your roles and compare notes afterwards. The same talk may have different implications for operations, marketing and leadership.
